What a day! We left the hotel at 7.30am and were dropped back here at 5.30pm. 10 hours of incredible sights in China!
We visited a Jade factory where we bought jade bracelets and earrings - Kathy bought the earrings! The silk factory explained how hard all those little worms work to make the exquisite silk products. Clever little suckers!
The Great Wall was just as amazing as ever! It deserves its own separate blog post! 😊
The driving was out of this world! Absolutely crazy road rules. We spent most of the trip cowering in our seats! The guide's advice was to sleep and just wake up when it is all over and we are there!!
