BERLIN

A tour of the city this morning took us to the remains of the Berlin Wall, Checkpoint Charlie, the Holocaust Memorial and the Brandenburg Gate.
We wandered the city streets and had lunch at an enormous McDonald's.
This afternoon we went to Potsdam to visit Cecilienhof Palace where Truman, Attlee and Stalin signed the Potsdam agreement in 1945 to end WWII.
Then it was on to Sanssouci Palace which was built by Frederich the Great.
